Custom Order  Policy

At Happily Ever Homemade LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality custom-designed t-shirts that reflect their unique style and personality. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory custom order experience, we have outlined our custom order policy below:

 

 Order Placement:

  • Custom orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly.

  • All custom orders require full payment at the time of order placement.
     

Design Specifications:

  • Customers must provide detailed specifications for their custom design, including colors, graphics, text, and any other specific requirements.

  • We reserve the right to decline any custom order that contains offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content
     

 Proof Approval:

  • Once the design specifications are received, our design team will create a digital proof of the custom design.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully for accuracy, spelling, and design elements.

  • Approval of the proof is required before production can begin.
     

 Production Time:

  • Production time for custom orders varies depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

  • Customers will be provided with an estimated production timeline upon approval of the proof.

  • Expedited production may be available for an additional fee.
     

 Quality Assurance:

  • We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every custom order meets our high standards.

  • In the rare event that a custom order does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service team immediately for resolution.
     

 Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Customers must notify us of any defects or damages within 7 days of receiving their order, accompanied by photographic evidence.
     

 Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations of custom orders can only be made within 24 hours of order placement and are subject to a cancellation fee to cover design and processing costs.

  • Refunds for cancelled custom orders will be issued minus the cancellation fee.

  • Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be provided.

     

Bleaching Disclaimer:
All Items are made to order and will vary in bleach pattern. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send us an email at happilyeverhm@gmail.com and we will do anything we can to make it right for you.
